Now, I am not a girl who enjoys exercising, in fact I hate the thought of being on a running machine in front of all the stick thin girls/guys in the gym. I always get the thought of the episode of Friends where Rachel and Phoebe take up jogging, and the way that Phoebe runs. Then wonder if that’s what I look like. Little self-conscious of myself maybe.
Getting closer to the age of 30 and being happy with my life and boyfriend, I have admittedly added 1 or 2 pounds since my early 20’s. But as mentioned above I hate exercising.
I take the occasional trip to the sunbeds, and they have installed one of these new flabelos machines. What a fantastic idea they are.
I had my first go a few days ago and it was the weirdest thing ever. You basically stand on a plate that shakes you from side to side which progressively gets faster and faster until its nothing more than a vibration. This is said to help with circulation, toning of the muscles, including lower back pain.

You are in a room on your own, so no embarrassing moments. To be honest you mustn’t look that attractive as it shakes every part of your body! There are different positions that work different parts of your body that you want to tone up.
I am working on my stomach area, trying to get it back to being slightly flat.
I will post up a progression on this as the weeks go on. As they claim that you can lose a dress size in 3 months, and 10 minutes on the flabelos is equal to 1 hour in gym.
